i SWEAT RED

iSweat Red is an event led by our physical and mental health committee.  It helps promote healthy lifestyle choices, encourage exercise, and stimulates both our physical and mental growth.   Proceeds from this event supports TCAC in providing services for Troup and Coweta Communities such as awarding scholarships to high school seniors, supplying care packages to nursing homes, adopting families for the holiday season, holding voter registrations, raising community awareness, building positive relationships with our local law enforcement, educating the community on home ownership, and financial empowerment.

2023

The iSweat RED initiative promotes physical and mental health awareness in the community by educating and encouraging community members to take an active role in their health.  The iSweat Red 5k Walk/Run is a fun walk/run that will take place in in Newnan, GA, August 19, 2023, at 8:00am starting at Greenville Street Park. We are excited to announce our 1st 1 Mile Mental Health Walk starting at 09:00am.   We will also be teaming up with American Red Cross for a Blood Drive during this event.  The iSweat RED is an initiative to promote physical and mental health awareness in the community by educating and encouraging community members to take an active role in their health.
